GRADES 6, 7 & 8

Building on the content of the primary grades, SNEP students are ready to undertake high-end media and art history projects which involve processes such as dyeing, printing, ceramics, sculpting, and metalworking.  Using Art History as a framework, students learn the timeline of how we as people approached art-making, and continue to use and enjoy art as not only a method of establishing culture, but of solving problems, communicating, and exploring philosophical ideas.
